Your booking with The San Felipe Fish Whisperer is flexible and secure, I know how important flexibility is to planning a stress-free trip. I want you to have a great experience, and I will always do my best to reschedule you for another tour or provide options wherever possible. Please note, this is subject to availability and price changes. 

BOOKINGS 

A 10% deposit is required to book your trip. This deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due on the day of service. 

CANCELLATIONS - Due to illnes, hurricanes or accidents

Our standard cancellation policy in the event of unforeseen circumstances where you are unable to travel is that I will be happy to rebook your trip.

CANCELLATIONS - Due to delays 

I recommend contacting me as soon as you know you will be late. The earlier I know, the more I can do to help you. 

PROMOTIONAL SALES

Sales or promotional codes are valid for new bookings only. They are not eligible for pre-existing bookings and cannot be applied retroactively.

AMENDMENT POLICY

I will be happy to help you reschedule your visit at no charge. Changes requested by you are subject to availability and price changes. 

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

From time to time, the terms of this policy may change. In the event of such changes, the new policy will apply for all tours booked after the date of the policy change.
